Metaverse Summit: Where the Future of the Metaverse is Discussed

The official dates for the 2022 Paris edition of Metaverse Summit have been announced as July 16-17th. Metaverse Summit is an International Convention that celebrates the metaverse’s technology and creativity. The event brings together leading metaverse entrepreneurs, builders, investors, and experts to discuss and collaborate on the open metaverse’s future.

The Open Metaverse was the topic of discussion at a recent conference, where more than 200 industry pioneers gathered.

At the Metaverse Summit, companies and organizations can work together to create an open, interoperable, and inclusive metaverse.

Sebastian Borget (Co-Founder of The Sandbox), Liko Subakti (CEO of Project Seed), Sandy Carter (SVP of Unstoppable Domains), Kevin Oranje (CEO of Interverse), Diego Di Tommaso (COO of Over the Reality) and many other industry leaders are expected to speak at the Metaverse Summit conference.

Metaverse Summit founder Yingzi Yuan said: "The metaverse has grown rapidly in the past years and is expected to continue increasing in the future. We are here to help different stakeholders in the industry find a place and strategy regarding metaverse."

In 2022, Metaverse Summit will launch a community-driven DAO, which is a decentralized autonomous organization that aims to replace traditional corporate gatekeepers and their captive ecosystems by enabling the community of like-minded individuals to directly participate in the upside from their own efforts. The Metaverse Summit DAO will help accelerate growth and adoption of the Open Metaverse Framework, a public utility that all creators and entrepreneurs can use and upon which anyone can build. Most importantly, everyone who uses it will be able to derive value from it. 

Metaverse Summit, the first international web3 conference led by women, was held at the end of April 2019.

The Metaverse Summit will help individuals and businesses determine their future position in the technology sector by bridging the gap between Web2 and Web3. Early adoption is essential to creating an equitable Web3, which will enable women to be leaders.

In an effort to promote diversity in the technology and innovation sector, French President Emmanuel Macron has expressed his support for Web3 Summit 2022. The summit is centered around women's representation in Web3 and aims to do so through the inclusivity of women. Macron said that cultural institutions should create an NFT policy and support Web3 innovation. He also mentioned that metaverse and Web3 could be helpful in promoting cultural content.

By including women and underrepresented groups, who are often relegated to secondary in the technology field, Metaverse Summit is opening the doors of diversity in the Web3 industry. To encourage more females to share, learn, and build, Metaverse Summit is collaborating with H.E.R. DAO and Unstoppable Women Of Web3.

The Metaverse Startup Awards received 150 candidates, with top-tier investors serving as mentors and judges.

The Global Metaverse Startup Competition is a contest and advisory program that highlights the next generation of Metaverse innovators. It's the chance for investors to meet and learn about projects with high potential. The startup pitch, judging, and mentoring session will be open to investors who have purchased a Metaverse Summit Investor Pass.

The exhibition hall will be filled with companies, start-ups, and projects that can help you make connections and find business opportunities.

At the conference, investors will have the chance to meet and network with the winners of the Metaverse Startup Competition, allowing them to get to know some of metaverse's innovators and talent. An exclusive party will be held for speakers, sponsors, and investor ticket holders.
